Alex Harmann

Alex Harmann has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR. They began their career in 2010 as an HR Client Services Representative at Verified, Inc. In 2011, they joined Menards as an HR Coordinator, where they worked until 2014. They then worked as an HR Specialist at ACUITY, A Mutual Insurance Company for a year. In 2015, they joined Navitus Health Solutions as an HR Representative and gradually progressed to become an HR Generalist. They currently hold the position of Lead, Total Rewards and HRIS at Navitus Health Solutions, a role they started in December 2020.

Alex Harmann attended Port Washington High School from 2002 to 2006, graduating with a high school diploma. They then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2006 to 2010.
