Jenn Jones

Jenn Jones has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jenn began their career as the Director of Property Management at El Camino Real Apartments from 2010 to 2012. Jenn then worked as a Service Supervisor at Texas Gas Service from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Jenn became the Director of Operations at Rio Hondo ISD for a year. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at ADT, starting as a Technical Operations Manager and later transitioning to the role of Manager of Strategy and Workforce Manager. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Manager of Strategy and Workforce Planning. Currently, Jenn is the Director of Workforce Management and Strategy at Navitus Health Solutions, starting in December 2022.

Jenn Jones obtained an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Monroe Community College in the years 2005 to 2007. In addition, they have acquired several certifications, including the A2E Business Fundamentals, Management Accelerator part of Black Leadership Academy, Business Strategy, Manager Accelerator Program, and various other certifications in project management, cybersecurity, and IT security foundations from LinkedIn.
