Richard has over 25 years of experience in engineering, including stints as a Principal Engineer at Honeywell FM&T and as a Senior Engineer at Honeywell FM&T. Richard also spent 5 years as a Test Engineer at Thales ATM Inc. Richard has a wealth of experience in engineering and is an expert in their field.

Richard Duncan earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance from the University of Kansas and their Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Kansas State University.
