Abdallah Kheirallah

Abdallah Kheirallah has gained diverse work experience in the field of IT support and administration. Abdallah currently holds the position of IT Support Squad Lead at NavVis, where they started in January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior IT Support Specialist at the same company starting in July 2022. Before joining NavVis, Abdallah served as a Senior System Administrator and Senior IT Administrator at icon group from April 2020 to July 2022 and from April 2020 to March 2021 respectively. In their earlier roles at the same company, they also worked as a System Administrator from October 2017 to September 2019. Abdallah contributed to Nestlé as an IT Support Specialist from April 2013 to August 2015 and as a member of the Regional Customer Service Hub team from August 2015 to January 2017. In the early stages of their career, they worked at Aspire IT Services Partner as a Senior Technical Support from October 2011 to March 2013 and as a Technical Support Engineer from January 2009 to October 2011. Abdallah'sinitial work experience was gained as an End User Support Technician at Zain for a brief period in 2008.

Abdallah Kheirallah completed their high school education at Yarmouk Model School from 2003 to 2004. Abdallah then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information System at Jordan University of Science and Technology from 2004 to 2009.
