Donna Bergman

Donna Bergman, MBA, FACHE, FACMPE has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Donna'smost recent role is as Vice President of Physician Enterprise Transformation at Navvis, a healthcare company. Prior to that, they served as the Population Health Director at St. Luke's Health System from 2019 to 2022.

From 2014 to 2019, Donna held the position of Chief Improvement Officer/VP of Physician Services at Portneuf Medical Center. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the employed physician group and implementing strategies to optimize facility potential. Donna also managed contract coverage for emergency departments and ICU, as well as various hospital-based departments.

Before joining Portneuf Medical Center, Donna worked at Tucson Medical Center from 2009 to 2014 as a Medical Group Administrator and participated in the Acute Care Executive Training Program. Donna also served as the Administrator of Multi-Specialty Group at Community Health Systems from 2007 to 2009.

Donna's earlier experience includes working as an Administrator of Occupational Medicine at Concentra from 2000 to 2007, where they achieved high operating margin profitability and client retention. Donna also worked in Provider Relations and Contracting at HealthNet of AZ (formerly Thomas-Davis Medical Center/Intergroup of Arizona) from 1994 to 2000.

Donna Bergman, MBA, FACHE, FACMPE, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Regis University, which they completed from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism with an emphasis in public relations from Humboldt State University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, Donna has obtained several certifications, including being a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) since 2022, a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE) since 2014, and a Certified Medical Practice Executive from MGMA since 2012.
