Kathy Hardesty

Kathy Hardesty has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare and consulting industries. Kathy began their career as a Manager of Health and Safety at Lincoln Industrial, where they provided emergency nursing care and developed training programs. After that, they worked as a Vice President of Nursing at St. Anthony's Medical Center, where they had administrative responsibility for various departments and managed a large budget. Kathy then worked as an Independent Consultant at Phase 2 Consulting and Clinical Intelligence, where they provided consulting services. Kathy also worked as a Senior Consultant at Quorum Health Resources before joining Navvis, a healthcare growth and diversification company, as a Senior Vice President. Kathy'srole at Navvis involves partnering with organizations to transform healthcare through innovative strategies and operational excellence.

Kathy Hardesty has a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Behavioral Sciences from Saint Louis University, which they completed from 1995 to 1997. Kathy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Saint Louis University, completed from 1984 to 1985. Prior to that, Kathy earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Community Health Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, from 1979 to 1983. In addition, they obtained certification in Executive Nursing Practice from the American Organization of Nurse Executives in October 2009.
