Montez Fitzpatrick

Montez is Navvis’ Chief Information Security Officer, leading day-to-day security and risk management efforts across all aspects of technology operation and infrastructure. As a SOC 2, Type II certified organization, Navvis maintains rigorous security practices and protocols to protect client partner and patient data, and to prevent intrusion to networks and platforms.

Montez has responsibility for ensuring that all internal, client, and patient-level data and assets are adequately protected using leading cyber security and intelligence. IT security risks are constantly evolving, and Montez works closely with data and analytics, IT, and operational teams to ensure the latest best practices are implemented and managed.

With nearly two decades of IT and security experience, Montez has worked across numerous industries including healthcare, finance, gaming, and non-profit. Prior to joining Navvis he served as Business Information Security Officer at Equifax, joining after their 2017 data breach. His role focused on restoring public trust through risk management and information assurance. He also served as Director of Information Security and Compliance for Keystone Technologies.

Montez earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in computer information systems from the University of Central Missouri.
