Oscar Hsu

Oscar Hsu currently serves as Vice President of Technology Risk at Navy Federal Credit Union since November 2016, previously holding the position of Assistant Vice President of Cybersecurity. Prior experience includes roles such as Deputy Director at the Government Security Operations Center (GSOC) within the U.S. Department of the Treasury and Deputy Chief of the Enterprise Security Operations Center (ESOC) at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Oscar Hsu began the career as a Network Administrator at Perot Systems Government Services and held the role of Principle Information Security Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology. Military service includes tenure as a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve. Oscar Hsu has completed a CISO Certificate at Carnegie Mellon University, a program in Leading Strategic Growth and Change at Columbia Business School, a Master’s Degree in Cyber Systems and Operations from Naval Postgraduate School, and Bachelor's and Associate's Degrees in Technical Management and Business Administration respectively.
