Larry Osborn

Larry Osborn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Larry started their career in the United States Navy, where they served as a Captain and carrier aviator for 25 years. After leaving the Navy, they worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation as the Corporate Lead Executive in Honolulu. Later, they joined DreamHammer, Inc., where they served as the EVP & Chief Strategy Officer and also as a Member of the Board of Directors. Larry was also the President and Founder of Pacific Associates, Inc., and the Director for Security, Outreach, and Advanced Programs at the Maui High Performance Computing Center. Osborn has held leadership positions in various organizations, including the Navy League of the United States and the Navy League of the United States Honolulu Council. Larry was also a member of the Hawaii Aerospace Advisory Committee.

Larry Osborn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Ripon College, which they obtained from 1965 to 1969. From 1981 to 1983, they attended Marymount University and completed a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Studies at the U.S. Naval War College from 1990 to 1991. Additionally, during the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in Military Security Policy and Strategy from the U.S. Naval War College.
