Melissa Dittmar

Melissa Dittmar is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and leadership. Currently serving as a Guest Service Representative at Navy Lodge since May 2017, Melissa has also held the position of President at Toast of Severna Park Toastmasters Club from July 2019 to June 2020, demonstrating resilience and commitment through two terms. Previous roles include Sales Clerk at NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND, where responsibilities involved customer engagement and service excellence, and VP of Public Relations at Toast of Severna Park Toastmasters, focusing on brand awareness and communication.
