Martin Hayes Jr

Martin Hayes Jr. is an accomplished finance manager and licensed operator instructor with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the FIN Manager for Units 1-2 at Nawah Energy Company since May 2018, Martin has previously held significant roles, including Work Week Manager and Licensed Operator Instructor at Omaha Public Power District, where responsibilities included simulator scenario builds and training material creation. Notable achievements include converting training materials for site integration, preparation for INPO Accreditation Renewal, and industry-peer support for nuclear station audits. Martin began their career at Nebraska Public Power District, progressing from Non-Licensed Nuclear Plant Operator to Operations Training Guardian.
