Peita de Boer

Peita de Boer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and consultancy sectors. Currently serving as the National Advocacy for the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Australia National since March 2022, Peita has previously held key positions including President of NAWIC ACT from October 2019 to March 2022. Since January 2011, Peita has contributed to Manteena Security (Aust) Pty Ltd as both Business Development Director and Operations Manager, overseeing construction and consultancy operations domestically and internationally, along with serving as a Project Manager for complex projects. Peita's earlier experience includes serving as an Officer in the Royal New Zealand Engineers from January 1999 to January 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering Science in Project Management from UNSW (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Structural Engineering from the University of Canterbury (1999-2003).
