Omar El Barouny

Omar El Barouny has over 13 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. In 2022, they joined Nawy as a Finance Director. Prior to that, they worked at CIB Egypt from 2009 to 2014, where they held two roles: Assistant Vice President- Global Customer Relations and Associate Director - Corporate Banking Group. In their first role, they handled relationships with clients in the Automotive and Construction Sectors, and in their second role they analyzed and granted facilities to more than 75 clients in Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Textiles and Mid- Cap segments. In 2014, they co-founded Sports Scene.

Omar El Barouny has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Modern Sciences and Arts University (2005-2009) and a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from IE Business School (2021-2022).
