Susan Schwartz McDonald has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the market research industry. Susan served as the CEO of NAXION since 2014. Prior to that, they were the President & CEO of National Analysts Worldwide for 22 years, from 1992 to 2014. Susan also held a position as Vice President at Booz.Allen & Hamilton from 1986 to 1992.
Susan Schwartz McDonald completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Smith College. Susan then went on to pursue further education at the University of Pennsylvania's Annenberg School of Communications, where they obtained an MA and PhD. During their time at the Annenberg School, Susan focused their studies on communications theory, social psychology, and ethnography.
