Charuhas Bhende

Charuhas Bhende has over 25 years of work experience in the chemical industry. Charuhas currently serves as the Head of Polypropylene Sales at Nayara Energy, where they are responsible for developing the sales infrastructure and managing the sales operations of Polypropylene across India. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager of Procurement at Shakti Polyweave Pvt. Ltd. From 1996 to 2020, Charuhas held various leadership roles at Reliance Industries Limited, including Vice President positions in the Chlor-Alkali, Polyethylene, and Polypropylene businesses. Charuhas also served as the Regional Manager in Ahmedabad and Bangalore, and as the General Manager of Exports. Additionally, Charuhas has experience in marketing and sales in the Chinese market.

Charuhas Bhende obtained their S.S.C degree from SCDB High School in 1977. From 1977 to 1981, they studied at Parle College and earned their Bachelor's of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry. Later, from 1991 to 1994, they attended Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) to pursue a Master's of Marketing Management, specializing in Marketing Management.
