Pramod Kumar

Pramod Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. pramod started their career in 2001 as an Executive Assistant to Chief Engineering Services at Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC). pramod then moved on to BG Group in 2004, where they worked as a Contracts Manager for Projects. In 2007, they joined Rashpetco (Shell-JV) as a Contract Manager for the West Delta Deep Marine Project Phase V and VII. Pramod returned to BG Group in 2010 and held positions such as PMT C&P Manager and Vice President. pramod then joined Shell in 2017 as a Contracts Manager and later assumed the role of Vice President-Contracts at Nayara Energy in 2019.

Pramod Kumar has a postgraduate degree in Management, with a field of study in HRD, from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) which was earned between 1996 and 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a field of study in Electrical Engineering, from BCE Bhagalpur, between 1983 and 1987. Moreover, Pramod Kumar has completed the Exploring Leadership Programme at Cranfield University in 2015 and the ISB Kellogg Global Advance Management programme at Kellogg Executive Education, also in 2015. Finally, they hold a certification as a Certified Professional In Supply Management from the Institute for Supply Management.
