Rolf Salomon has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rolf began their career in 1987 as a Research Assistant at the Technical University of Denmark's Electromagnetics Institute. Rolf then joined Motorola in 1988, where they held various software design and development positions in Denmark, UK, and Israel. Rolf progressed to become a Software Group Manager and later Chief Architect at Motorola, leading projects in wireless data communication infrastructure and connectivity development, as well as network and application solutions for public safety and cellular products.
In 1998, Salomon transitioned to VocalTec as a Development Manager in the Server and Network Management group. The following year, they moved to RealM Technologies Ltd., where they served as the Vice President of Research and Development and Operations Manager for the technology start-up specializing in multi-party video conferencing.
In 2001, Salomon joined Verifone Inc. as the Vice President of Systems, Solutions, and Applications, responsible for the company's product portfolio and overseeing application development and operations in overseas subsidiaries. Rolf later held the role of Vice President of Software Systems & Solutions, focusing on the company's software systems and solutions. From 2012 to 2015, Salomon worked as an Independent Consultant in Payment Systems and Payment Security.
In 2015, Salomon joined Verifone once again, this time as the Product and Solutions Portfolio Manager for Verifone Israel. In this role, they were responsible for managing the payment product portfolio, defining product requirements, and providing presale support to key accounts in the Israeli market.
Most recently, Salomon worked at Nayax, starting in 2017. Rolf first held the position of Vice President of Research and Development before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Professional Services in 2019.
