Product Marketing Manager, Consumer Engagement at Nayya

Andie Safon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career as a Senior Workshop Leader at SPEAR Middle School Academy in 2011. They then worked as an In-Class Mentor at Berkeley High School before transitioning to a role as a Senior Behavioral Therapist at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, Inc. (CARD) in 2013. In 2014, Andie served as the Community Outreach Lead at Oyster Inc. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at DonorsChoose, first as an Operations Associate and later as a Donor Relationships Manager, where they built and maintained relationships with donors.

In 2019, Andie joined sweetgreen as an Account + Growth Projects Manager, focusing on revenue generation and marketing initiatives. During the pandemic, they were part of a task force that organized a social impact initiative, donating meals and raising funds for frontline hospital workers.

In 2020, Andie worked as a Freelance Marketing Consultant before joining Mood Health in 2021. At Mood Health, they held multiple roles, including Marketing Lead and Product Marketing Manager, with a focus on making mental health care accessible and reducing the stigma associated with it.

Finally, starting in 2023, Andie will be working at Nayya as a Product Marketing professional, aiming to improve the benefits selection process and enhance decision support for consumers.

Andie Safon earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Legal Studies, General from the University of California, Berkeley. Andie attended the university from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, Andie briefly studied at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study there. Furthermore, Andie Safon obtained a certification in Nutrition and Healthy Living from eCornell in March 2021.
