Kapil Kulkarni

Kapil Kulkarni is an experienced professional in investments and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as the Director of Investments and M&A at TMRW, part of the Aditya Birla Group, since June 2022. Prior to this role, Kapil held key positions in Cactus Communications and Cactus Accelerator as Senior Manager in Corporate Development and Strategy and as an Investment Professional, respectively, from June 2020 to May 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Manager at EY from 2011 to 2018 and as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2010-2011, focusing on buy-side/sell-side M&A advisory, financial modeling, and industry analysis. Kapil began their career as an Articled Assistant at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2010, engaging in statutory audits, project finance advisory, and tax-related advisory services. Kapil holds a PGP in Strategy and Finance from the Indian School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
