Penelope Jones

Penelope Jones currently serves as the Vice President Global Head of Employee Relations at the National Basketball Association, a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Penelope held the position of Senior Manager Employee Relations at Johnson & Johnson from June 2019 to September 2021. Penelope's legal expertise was honed during tenures as an Attorney at Littler Mendelson from June 2015 to 2019, and as an Associate at Ogletree Deakins from March 2012 to June 2015. Penelope began a career in labor and employment law as an Associate at Blank Rome LLP from September 2006 to March 2009. Educationally, Penelope holds a degree from Rutgers Law School and an A.B. in Spanish from Princeton University, complemented by foundational schooling at Northfield Mount Hermon School and Ryan J.H.S. 216.
