Sam Jones

Sam Jones possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and information security engineering, currently serving as Senior Director of Cyber Security for Games at the National Basketball Association since November 2018. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Director of Global Security Engineering at Tyco from October 2013 to November 2018 and managed Information Security Engineering at Dow Jones for over 13 years, focusing on strategies related to computer forensics, data loss prevention, and security incident response. Additional experience includes various roles at Ecount and PHH Mortgage, with responsibilities spanning from systems engineering to internal information security consulting. Sam holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Telecommunications from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Rowan University.
