Doug Abromaitis

Doug Abromaitis is an experienced professional in customer support and management within the sports industry. Currently serving as Regional Success Manager at NBC Sports Next since January 2020, Doug previously held positions at SportsEngine as Manager of Customer Support for the Sports Illustrated Play platform and as Senior Support Representative at Sports Illustrated Play. Doug’s career began at SportsSignup, where a foundation in customer support was established as both a Tier 2 Support Representative and Customer Support Representative. Earlier experience includes a role as Help Desk Reactive Level 1 intern at Atrion Networking Corporation and event support at the YMCA of Saratoga. Doug holds a B.S. in Technology Services Management and Psychology from Johnson & Wales University.
