Nick Busto

Nick Busto is an accomplished professional with significant experience in video operations and sports technology. Currently serving as Vice President of Video Operations at NBC Sports Next since September 2022, Busto brings a wealth of expertise to the role. As a Partner at Launch Labs since October 2019, Busto contributes to innovation in various projects. Previously, Busto was the CEO and Co-Founder of Rapid Replay from March 2017 to September 2022, where a web and mobile app for live streaming and highlights in youth sports was developed, resulting in the acquisition by NBC Sports Next after sourcing over 750,000 videos. Earlier career experiences include a role as Senior Account Executive at Currency and as an Apprentice Laborer at Lakeside Industries, where cost-effective solutions for motor repair were implemented. Busto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Cornell University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
