Prateek Kumar currently serves as Standing Counsel at the Delhi High Court for the National Council For Teacher Education and holds a similar position in the Supreme Court of India for the Election Commission of India. Since July 2022, Prateek has been an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and has maintained an independent practice since July 2014. Other notable roles include serving as a Panel Lawyer for NBCC (India) Limited and previously as Retainer Counsel for the Election Commission of India. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts and Law from Gujarat National Law University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Environmental Law from the National Law School of India University.
