Prateek Kumar

Prateek Kumar currently serves as Standing Counsel at the Delhi High Court for the National Council For Teacher Education and holds a similar position in the Supreme Court of India for the Election Commission of India. Since July 2022, Prateek has been an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and has maintained an independent practice since July 2014. Other notable roles include serving as a Panel Lawyer for NBCC (India) Limited and previously as Retainer Counsel for the Election Commission of India. Prateek’s legal expertise encompasses various areas, including Civil, Criminal, Education, Service, Land Acquisition, and Arbitration matters.
