Kermit Cruz, CPPM has over 20 years of experience in the business industry. From 2000 to 2002, they were a Planning Analyst at USAA. From 2002 to 2004, they were a Finance Department Manager at Taco Cabana Restaurants. From 2004 to 2006, they were a General Manager at NBCP, where they oversaw all business activities, championed initiatives leading to over 550 Federal/ State/ Local Government contracts in excess of $65 Million, and led company sales efforts achieving a 463% revenue growth in the last 2 years. Since 2006, they have been a General Manager at NBCP Sourcing & Tech.

Kermit Cruz, CPPM, attained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Mathematics from the University of Puerto Rico between 1989 and 1995. Kermit then went on to complete a Master's in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2001 and a Master's in Finance and Accounting from UTSA in 2002.
