Carly Briley

Carly Briley has extensive experience in human resources across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources for NBCUniversal's Universal Studio Group since March 2019, Carly has held multiple HR leadership roles within the company, including Director positions for both NBC & Peacock and Universal Studio Group. Prior to this, Carly worked as a Human Resources Manager at NBCUniversal and as a Talent Generalist at Riot Games. Carly's career began at NBCUniversal in 2013, where responsibilities included employee development, performance management, and strategic partnerships within various divisions. Earlier experience includes a leadership role at Target, where significant sales achievements were accomplished. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Human Resources from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
