Paul Lwanga

Paul Lwanga has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul started their career in 2005 as a Project Officer for the Young Empowered And Healthy Initiative (YEAH), where they focused on male gender norms. In 2008, they joined Fenon Entertainment as a Client Services personnel, specializing in social and behavioral communication. From 2012 to 2013, they served as the Programs Director for City Yange Foundation. In 2013, they became the Team Leader - Strategic Communication for Glasocia, where they were responsible for implementing E-E communication media designs. In 2014, they joined NBS Television as the Head of Talent, contributing to the growth and success of the television network. In the same year, they also started working at Next Media as the Chief People Officer, and later became the Chief Operating Officer in 2022. Throughout their career, Paul Lwanga has gained extensive experience in talent management, strategic communication, and program development.

Paul Lwanga has a BA in Communication and Literature from Makerere University and a BSc in Forensic Psychology from Walden University.
