Joel Levy

Joel Levy possesses extensive experience in customer relations and administrative support, currently serving as a Customer Relations Specialist at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) since August 2016. Previous roles include temporary positions at NCARB and The Child Life Council, Inc., as well as a Membership Associate at the American Dental Education Association, where responsibilities included handling membership inquiries and managing communications. Joel also contributed as a Communications & Marketing Assistant for the American Medical Student Association and gained writing and editing experience with DarkWater Enterprises. An administrative background is complemented by roles at Temple Sinai and FedEx Kinko's, where customer service skills were honed through various management positions. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State University.
