Melissa Gobrecht, AIA, NCARB, CAE, currently serves as the Manager of Policy and International Relations at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), where responsibilities include overseeing the AXP Portfolio program and supporting the Architect Licensing Advisors Community. Prior to this role, Gobrecht managed experience and education initiatives at the American Society of Landscape Architects, focusing on chapter engagement and resource enhancement. Gobrecht has extensive project management experience in architectural practice, having worked at Quinn Evans Architects, WNUK SPURLOCK Architecture, and Manion and Associates, with expertise in sustainable design, historic preservation, and urban revitalization. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech.
