Lee Carlson

Lee Carlson is a Project Leader at the National Council for Air and Stream Improvement (NCASI) since July 2019, with a tenure at the organization dating back to September 1997. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing various projects related to pollutant source emissions measurement, evaluating source sampling methods, and providing technical support to NCASI members. Key tasks involve conducting literature research, developing study plans and standard operating procedures, training and supervising field personnel, and analyzing data for reporting.
