Raluca Gherman

Raluca Gherman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, operations, and project management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Governance for Professional Services at NCC Group since June 2019, Raluca oversees global operational alignment and process improvements. Prior roles at NCC Group include Director of Operations and various management positions focusing on quality management for PCI projects and client relations with Visa and MasterCard. Raluca’s career began at Vodafone, where responsibilities spanned product management, project management, and training development. Raluca holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Universitatea „George Barițiu” din Brașov.
