Freddie July-Johnson

Freddie July-Johnson is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in systems support and management. Currently serving as Systems Support Manager at NCCI since December 2000, Freddie oversees a team responsible for the development, maintenance, and accuracy of multiple business systems while collaborating with IT to troubleshoot and perform root cause analyses. Prior roles include various managerial and analytical positions at NCCI, as well as Sales Support Associate at Florida Builder Appliances and Assistant Registrar at Keiser College. Freddie holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Everglades University and an Associate of Arts in Health Services Administration from Keiser College.
