Ann Johnson

Ann Johnson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical and artistic fields. Currently serving as a Highway Programming Analyst at the NC Department of Transportation since 2007, Ann is responsible for developing applications and managing upgrades in Access & Visual Basic. As the Owner and Makeup Artist at Blush Cosmetic Artistry since 1999, Ann freelances for various media, including television and film. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Keane, where Ann contributed as a Technical Writer and Trainer, and Adjunct Professor at Piedmont Community College, teaching makeup in film courses. Ann's earlier career involved project engineering at Verizon Business, overseeing network management systems. Ann holds a BA in Communications/Journalism from East Carolina University and a license in Esthetics Technology from Miller-Motte Technical College.
