Lee Bryans

Lee Bryans currently serves as a Corporate Development Analyst at The Weir Group PLC, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Lee was an Assistant Manager in Transaction Services at KPMG UK from September 2018 to June 2024, conducting financial due diligence for corporate and private equity clients. Lee also held the position of Assistant Manager in the financial services audit practice at KPMG, where coordination of statutory audits for private equity houses and large CASS audits was a focus. Lee began a career in auditing as an Associate, completing CA training with first-time exam passes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemistry with Drug Discovery from the University of Strathclyde and membership with ICAS.
