Todd M., P.E. has extensive experience with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) since September 2001, currently serving as the Data Analysis and Inventory Manager for the Rail Division. Todd has held various roles including interim Statewide Program Manager for the Division of Aviation, Senior Airport Project Manager, and Regional Team Lead for the Schedule Management Office, focusing on project management, asset management, and transportation program oversight. Todd's earlier career includes responsibilities as a Business & Technology Analyst, Assessments Engineer, and Technical Support Analyst within NCDOT, as well as experience as a Driving Instructor at The Motorsport Lab and Network Manager at Interface Technologies, Inc. Additionally, Todd served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master’s of Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
