Artemio Cardenas

Artemio Cardenas is currently a Research Associate at NCHEMS. Prior to this role, they were a Graduate Research Assistant at Penn State University, where they also served as the Assistant Director of the Science Diversity and Inclusion Office. Artemio previously worked as a Senior Policy Analyst at the University of California, San Francisco, and as a Policy and Program Analyst at the University of California Office of the President. They hold a PhD in Higher Education from Penn State University, an MA in Economics from California State University - East Bay, and an MPA in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. Additionally, Artemio earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of San Francisco.
