Alonso Fierro

Alonso Fierro M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alonso most recently served as the Head of Strategic Program Management Office (VP Transformation) at Cornerstone Building Brands since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as Buildings and Components at the same company starting in 2020.

From 2018 to 2020, Alonso held the positions of Vice President and Director at NCI Building Systems, Inc. Before that, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston from 2014 to 2019, teaching at the College of Technology at the graduate level.

Alonso also gained experience at Amec Foster Wheeler, where they served as the Director of the Security Services Division (Americas) from 2016 to 2018. Alonso previously worked at Chevron as a Senior Advisor for Major Capital Projects from 2010 to 2016.

Prior to their corporate roles, Alonso had a career in the US Army, serving as an Engineer and Senior Leader from 2004 to 2011. Alonso also held positions at Texas A&M University as a Business Multi-Unit Manager in Retail from 2009 to 2010, and at Shiloh LLC as the Director of Operations Multi Unit Retail from 2001 to 2004.

Alonso Fierro M.S. holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business from Harvard University, a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University, and a Certificate in Foreign Affairs from The Bush School of Government and Public Service. Alonso also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, HRD from Texas A&M University. Additionally, they have completed Military Science studies at U.S. Army Fort Leonard Wood and has an Associate's degree from Blinn College.
