Chad Walter

Chad Walter is a Senior Automation Engineer at Cornerstone Building Brands since September 2021, focusing on project management for capital automation projects across North America and serving as the electrical/automation lead for large capital initiatives. Previously, Chad worked at Whirlpool Corporation from March 2018 to August 2021, providing comprehensive support for manufacturing plant automation and managing electrical drawings and documentation. Chad also has experience as a self-employed Controls/Automation Consultant from January 2017 to March 2018, specializing in custom automated systems and electrical design. Prior to that, Chad was a Controls Engineer at GROB Systems, Inc. from 2013 to 2016, where responsibilities included machine vision and robotics specialization, alongside automated system design and support. Chad holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bowling Green State University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
