Jim Adams is an experienced HR technology professional with a background in various key roles within human resources and technology. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Technology at Cornerstone Building Brands since March 2015, Jim leads HRIS/HCM initiatives and project management. Previous experience includes consulting from August 2008 to March 2015, managing HRIS at Quanex Building Products Corporation, project management at Ceridian, directing human resources at HHAP, Inc., and product development management at Synhrgy HR Technologies. Jim's expertise encompasses HRIS implementation, project management, functional analysis, and the establishment of HR systems and policies.
