Seth Woods

Seth Woods, CPA has extensive experience in accounting and finance. Seth is currently the Director of Accounting Transformation at Cornerstone Building Brands, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Accounting at Cree LED from August 2021 to March 2023. Seth also worked as a Senior Manager of Accounting at The Clorox Company from April 2020 to August 2021. Before that, they were the Manager of Corporate Accounting at NUTRANEXT from January 2019 to March 2020. Additionally, Seth held various roles at Arysta LifeScience, including Director of Technical Accounting and Special Projects and Senior Manager of Finance from January 2018 to January 2019. Seth began their career at RSM US LLP, where they worked as a Manager, Supervisor, Senior, and Associate in Assurance Services from October 2008 to January 2018. Seth also worked as a Tax Associate at Beidel & Co P.A. from May 2006 to August 2008.

Seth Woods, CPA, holds a Master of Accounting degree in Assurance from Florida State University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University College of Business between 2003 and 2007. Seth's earlier education includes attending Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School from 2000 to 2003 and Caesar Rodney High School from 1999 to 2000. Seth also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
