Susan Hitt

Susan Hitt is an accomplished instructional designer with extensive experience in educational program development and management. Currently at nCino, Inc., Susan contributes to the People Operations team by enhancing onboarding programs and intern experiences through innovative Learning Management System designs. Previous roles include project management of e-learning initiatives at Student Achievement Partners, where Susan oversaw a significant budget and collaborated with experts to create asynchronous courses. Additionally, Susan has a strong background in K-12 education, having managed and coordinated programs across multiple schools in New Hanover County, while also serving as an ELA lead teacher. Susan Hitt holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor's degree in English with a Secondary Teaching Certification from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
