Nikhil Kulkarni

Nikhil Kulkarni has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Nikhil is currently the Head of Human Resources at nCircle Tech, where they have been since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for leading HR strategic initiatives, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, and driving engagement programs. Prior to this, Nikhil was the Head of HR at ProtoTech Solutions in 2019, where they helped global organizations achieve their time-to-market and business goals through software development services. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at The Digital Group Inc. as a Manager of Human Resources, where they gained diversified experience in managing the entire HR function. Earlier in their career, Nikhil held positions as an Assistant Manager of HR at SKP Group and as a Senior Executive of Human Resources at The Digital Group Inc. Overall, Nikhil brings a wealth of HR knowledge and experience to their current role at nCircle Tech.

Nikhil Kulkarni completed their Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Afterwards, they pursued an MBA in Human Resource from MIT School of Management, Pune. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Psychometric Analysis from Grey Cells Mumbai.
