Sharon Hodges

Sharon Hodges has over 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations. Sharon currently holds the position of Marketing Director at nCloud Integrators, where they oversee marketing strategies and initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as a Marketing Communications Professional and Copywriter, assisting businesses with various marketing projects.

From 2009 to 2020, Sharon served as the Communications Director at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce in Dublin, Ohio. In this role, they were responsible for marketing, public relations, and social media plans, as well as outbound communications. Sharon also played a significant role in special event planning and leadership of the NextGen Dublin group.

Before joining the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, Sharon worked as a Marketing and Media Relations Consultant at SLH Marketing and Public Relations from 2005 to 2009. Sharon provided guidance to high-tech companies and others in need of marketing expertise, including developing marketing plans, creating targeted marketing materials, securing venture-capital funds, and conducting market research.

From 1998 to 2005, Sharon held multiple roles at Sterling Commerce. These positions included Manager, Media Relations and Communications, Alliance Marketing Manager, Channel Development Manager, Manager, Industry Marketing, Senior Marketing Manager, and Program Manager. During this time, they were responsible for achieving positive media coverage, leading marketing initiatives, managing partnerships and relationships, and analyzing market needs.

Prior to their time at Sterling Commerce, Sharon worked as a Communications Manager at GatesMcDonald, where they were responsible for advertising, direct mail campaigns, market research, media relations, and sales development programs. Sharon also served as the Communications Manager at Stanley Steemer, managing internal communications, nationwide public relations, corporate promotions, company publications, and special events.

Sharon began their career as a Special Events and Promotions Coordinator at the Columbus Zoo, where they developed and promoted special events to increase attendance.
