Madelyn Norwood, CTPRP, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Ncontracts, a position held since November 2024 following the company's acquisition of Venminder, where Madelyn worked as Manager of Customer Success from March 2019 to November 2024. Prior to this, Madelyn held the role of Senior Relationship Manager at Hardin County Honda from June 2013 to November 2018 and served as Manager at Sam Swope Auto Group from January 2008 to June 2013, where Madelyn also held the title of Business Development Center Manager.
