Hugo Elias has extensive experience in IT infrastructure and systems support, with a career spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as an Infrastructure Ops Senior Engineer at NCR Atleos since September 2021, Hugo has a strong background in managing and troubleshooting complex environments, including virtual, Exchange, Citrix, and Cisco systems. Previously, Hugo held various roles at Cardtronics, focusing on systems administration and user support for over 3,600 users, and at UniversalPegasus International as a server administrator. Responsibilities included executing IT projects, creating documentation, resolving escalated support tickets, and collaborating with infrastructure teams, along with significant experience in desktop support and telecommunication systems.
