Tim Davin

Tim Davin is an experienced operations director currently serving as the Director of Operations at NCR Ventures since June 2016, overseeing the management of multiple dining establishments including Cedar Creek Grille and Bar Italia. Prior to this role, Tim held positions such as Operating Partner and Manager at Chopt Creative Salad Company from May 2014 to February 2016, and Area Director for Don Pablo's at Rita Restaurant Corp. from March 2007 to February 2014. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager at Buca di Beppo, Assistant General Manager at Nighttown, and as a 2nd Class Petty Officer in the US Navy.
