Vanja Jurkovic

Vanja Jurkovic currently serves as the Software Support Manager for the CFR Division at NCR Voyix since October 2023. Prior experience includes a progressive role at NCR Corporation from May 2016 to October 2023, encompassing positions such as Software Support Manager and various supervisory roles within the Retail Division. Vanja's responsibilities have involved managing multiple Level 2 and Level 3 teams and addressing customer escalations. Additional roles span content writing, technical support, and teaching English, showcasing a diverse skill set across customer support, content creation, and education. Vanja holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology and is pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Banja Luka.
