Ng Kuo Pin

Kuo Pin is currently CEO of NCS. Together with his team at NCS, he is executing on a new vision for NCS, one that is focused on helping governments and enterprises in Asia Pacific become world-class and committed to provide the best teaming platform for the people of NCS. He first joined NCS in February 2019 as Deputy CEO and was appointed CEO on 1st August 2019.

Kuo Pin brings with him 24 years of management and technology consulting experience. Prior to joining NCS, he held various executive leadership positions in Accenture. He started as an analyst in 1994 and was made partner in 2006. Between 2006 to 2018, he took on 3 senior leadership roles within the global Communications, Media and Technology (CMT) operating group as Head of CMT Singapore, Head of CMT Greater China, and finally as Head of Consulting for CMT Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.

Kuo Pin enjoys solutioning with clients, building up teams, and dealing with business and technology issues prevalent in today's increasingly complex enterprise and government environments. He believes that good ideas are best executed with a diverse and empowered team, and calls Asia Pacific home. Currently based in Singapore, he spent 9 years living and working in Beijing and Sydney.
