Rich Anton

Rich Anton has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rich started their career in 1997 as an IT2 (RM2) in the US Navy and worked there until 2002. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Portfolio Architect at EDS. Rich then worked as the Director of Technical Solutions at Focus Technology Consulting from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they joined GTSI as an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, responsible for IT architecture development and solution recommendations for federal agencies. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at UNICOM Government, formerly GTSI, as an Account Executive, where they developed opportunities, won deals, and provided technical direction to project teams. After that, they worked as a Sr. Client Consultant at FedStore Corporation from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Information Systems at MicroTech. Currently, they are working as the Director of Strategic Sales at NCS Technologies, Inc., a role they have held since December 2018.

Rich Anton obtained an A.A.S degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Rich later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012. In July 2018, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
