Kyle Strader

Kyle Strader is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Technical Manufacturing Program Manager and Plant Manager at NCT Technologies Group since October 2018, Kyle supervises manufacturing operations, leads Quality Management System (QMS) activities, and provides sales and customer service support. Prior to this role, Kyle was the Shop Manager at Stanco Precision Manufacturing from September 2016 to October 2018, where responsibilities included managing specialty machining operations, overseeing sales, logistics, and various technical processes. Earlier experience includes a position as Fabrication Specialist at Selfmade Fabrication from January 2014 to September 2016, which involved customer interactions, marketing efforts, and business development. Kyle Strader holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Miami University, awarded in 2016.
